Walked into the shop back in January fresh after moving, met with Eric even though I told him I was not buying a car then. He was helpful with my questions and willing to show me vehicles that suited my budget--did not push me to buy a vehicle as I imagine car dealers to be. Came back months later with a better idea of my budget and what I wanted. Met with Eric who was again very patient and extremely helpful with my questions about the car, driving in the winter, and affordability. He really honed into what I was looking for and went to bat for me when negotiating price with the head boss. He even gave me time and privacy to make phone calls to my family. No complaints about the experience at all. More
