My wife and I were in the market for a new or certified new car AWD. I stopped in to check out the new Subaru Legacy so I could tell her about it. We were looking at another car up North at another well kn new car AWD. I stopped in to check out the new Subaru Legacy so I could tell her about it. We were looking at another car up North at another well known dealership that day so I wanted to see what Subaru of Spokane had in our price range. I met with Aaron and he was very helpful and trustworthy in helping me look at Subaru vehicles. I left and met my wife at the other car lot up North and we were very displeased by how we were handled and left very dissatisfied. It was like an act of congress to even get a test drive so we left. I contacted the dealership and let them know what had happened. They came back with a lot of apologies and wanted to make it right with us. I told my wife how nice I was treated at Subaru of Spokane and convinced her to look at the Subaru Legacy. We made an appointment with Aaron,but he was not going to be in on Saturday so he made arrangements for us to meet with someone else. Unfortunately I did not make my appointment because I got called out on a wild land fire instead. On Mothers Day I checked Subaru of Spokane's website and found that they were open by my surprise so the wife and kids headed to Spokane. The large lot up North was closed on our way by so we headed to Subaru of Spokane. I met with Dustin Capshaw and explained who I had dealt with and what had happened. Dustin did his best to fill in and explained Aaron was off and he would fill in for Aaron without me feeling I was doing something wrong. My wife and I were so glad to have another sales person that was as great as my experience with Aaron. Dustin did a great job and helped my kids and I make my wife's Mothers Day a success. Thanks again Dustin! We are very happy with the car,the price,and especially the integrity of you and the way you do business with customers! More
I just want to point out an out of the ordinary experience I had with your dealership. I had an unexpected service issue happen with my 2006 B9 Tribeca on 5-7-2013. I stopped by your dealership ( experience I had with your dealership. I had an unexpected service issue happen with my 2006 B9 Tribeca on 5-7-2013. I stopped by your dealership (for the first time) to see if they could help me with a leaking radiator. Tim Prevett personally came out to examine my vehicle, which I thought was great, and offered to top off my coolant because it appeared low. Tim checked again in the shop and was able to locate a tech who would be wiling to examine my vehicle more thoroughly. After examination it was determined that the problem needed immediate attention. Without Tim taking this time to care for me and the pride he takes in his job, this could have cost me a lot more and obviously caused more stress for me. My husband and I had a very good experience at Subaru of Spokane. Patricio was attentive and very personable, as well as knowledgeable. Tim, in the service department, was very friendly and helpful. I was a first time car buyer so my Uncle actually I was a first time car buyer so my Uncle actually reccomended Aaron at Subaru of spokane. Before I even was able to get down there Aaron actually called me looking to see what I was interested which I thought was quite nice! As soon as I walked in the doors I was automatically showered with hellos and how can I help yous! And being a first time buyer I was a bit nervous but when I began talking Aaron he made me feel comfortable. What made me feel better was the fact that he actually told me the pros and cons of each car which most dealers don't do. When I decided on a car Aaron made sure to go through each line of all the paperwork with me to make sure I agreed with everything I was signing. That day I left with my car and have been happy with it ever since!!! When I had to come back a few days later to correct some paperwork I saw Aaron again though he was busy with customers so I left not getting a chance to talk and I ended up getting a phone call from him making sure everything was alright! Through all the car shopping I did to find the car I wanted I never had such great customer service and I will definitely go back and even reccomended them!! More
Danny Thomas introduced Mimie and I to Mike Doak and over two days we figured out which Forester we were going to buy while at the same time sharing good conversations with Mike. I do not know what else Mike could have done to help us, he and Mary Alexander made buying our 2014 Forester fun. Neither Mike nor Mary rushed us or made us feel like we were being hustled and we appreciated that after having had a bad experience with David Ju at the "old" Subaru store before the "new" Subaru store moved downtown. That experience with David Ju cost Lithia $500 and Subaru $500, a total of $1,000. So, again, dealing with Mike and Mary was a positive and good experience. We are willing to pay what we need to pay but we like being treated with respect, and that is exactly how Mike and Mary treated us. More
