Fair vehicle price. Unfair sales tactics for dealer add ons. I found a Jeep online at this dealer and went in for a test drive. When they quoted the vehicle they slipped in "glass and interior protection" for $3 I found a Jeep online at this dealer and went in for a test drive. When they quoted the vehicle they slipped in "glass and interior protection" for $399 each. Then, another person showed up while I was waiting for the finance application to be completed with out introduction and he was the finance manager. He proceeded to sell me more dealer add ons based on monthly payment instead of the actual price. I believe these tactics are deceptive methods to sell high margin dealer add ons. I did purchase because every thing was ready and I did not have time to start the whole process over with another dealer. They did offer a fair price and the Jeep Wrangler is great. More

However, with the help of my salesman, Don Vann, I not only got a brand new vehicle but I also learned quite a bit as well.
