The service at Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep use to be fantastic. However, over the past year, it has slipped. I had a minor accident in Nov 2022. and between Lithia and Suburban Jeep I still do not have fantastic. However, over the past year, it has slipped. I will re-iterate that -- it has been 5 months and this dealership family still cannot fix the van I am leasing. No offer of temp rental, or assistance in helping me with my current lease. There is a constant shifting of timeline, and even service members do not even know the status of my vehicle at any given moment. Beyond disappointing. When I hear it is complete (it wasn't) and then immediate had to go back to Suburban because of a check engine light, meaning they did not solve the problem. No one answers phones. No one responds to text through their system. More
Have been unable to resolve non functioning of the TTPMS system purchased for towing of my fifthwheel rv. Service department has not been able to get help to pair truck to rv. When I called in about possibly fixing my existing key FOBs, as well as making a new key FOB, Chris Graham enthusiastically explained what he could do. We both knew that once a FOB has degraded, it l key FOBs, as well as making a new key FOB, Chris Graham enthusiastically explained what he could do. We both knew that once a FOB has degraded, it likely won’t stay fixed permanently, but has use as a backup, without guarantees. While the new FOB was being configured, Chris dismantled, repositioned the slipped contacts within, then reassembled, five FOBs, including 3 cheap aftermarket ones. He improved two and determined two were useless. He did all this before others had completed the new FOB. He was happy to do it even though there could be no charge for it. The best part is that he was so focused, explanative, even instructive, and always enthusiastic. John Briegel More

I had to take the wrangler in for service; I hate to be without a vehicle. Sean was easy to work with and kept me informed as to the status of the vehicle. I purchased my Jeep from Suburban and have always had it serviced there. Sean, Andrew, Travis and the whole service team are fantastic! My engine had to be replaced due to a recall and they were able to g serviced there. Sean, Andrew, Travis and the whole service team are fantastic! Sean and Andrew kept me informed on the progress and when my Jeep would be finished. I am so pleased with the customer service I always receive at Suburban Jeep! More
