I even purchased an extra warranty for the tires and rims and they haven't even responded to my request for a copy of the warranty. She asked me what I was needing and wanting in a new car and then went through all of my options with me. Even when I was unable to make a commitment the first night, she completely understood and did not pressure me for the sale. After thinking a while longer, I decided to go back to work with Cher on some other options since I knew she actually cared about getting me in a car that I would both love and could afford. Never once did I feel that she was trying to "sell" me anything and I truly feel that she tried her best to get me at a price point that I could feel comfortable with!
