I can't speak for anyone else but my experience here was awful and I'm glad I'm done with it. Since 1997, I've bought/leased 11 cars from dealerships, ten new and one used, and this experience is by far the awful and I'm glad I'm done with it. In August I stopped by to talk about purchasing a new car, after I had already submitted all of my credit info via their website. They required that I fill out another credit app and have another hard inquiry on my credit. Not a huge deal. Yousif Salan then had my car appraised, and despite having signs about how they use KBB and pay over market value for trades, they offered me the lowest possible trade value based on KBB. I'd had another Dodge dealer and Carvana offer me $2,000 more (mid book trade value) for my car. Wanting a car that they had on the way, I spoke with a gentleman who's name I've forgotten and he upped my trade offer a little bit, but not the full $2000 that the other dealers had offered. I went to the dealer, picked up the car and all Yousif was concerned about was my Google review that I had left after my initial visit, which I had deleted at that time. I signed all of my papers, was told they'd work on cancelling a service contract that I had on my old vehicle, got the keys to my new car and was on my way. On my way home I realized that my car hadn't been prepped. The tires were all over-inflated and off by a total of 4psi among them. The windows were dirty - you could still see the rings left by the suction cups from when they installed the back glass in the car, and it looked like someone wiped down the leather dash with a dish rag. I went home and reposted my negative Google review. A day or so later, the dealership asked me to call so that they could make it right. I called and left a message for the Sales Manager Elliot, and still haven't received a call back, nearly 3 months later. After waiting for them to process my service contract refund for months, I called Sean Morgan for info. Sean doesn't answer his phone and leaves his voicemail full so you can't leave messages, so I left messages with Brad Marshall and waited for a week for a callback. I even sent Yousif an email on the matter which he never replied to. No callback came so I stopped at the dealership. The nice woman at the front desk put me into contact with the Sales Manager (Elliot, that hadn't returned my call), and I explained the situation to him. He couldn't run from me fast enough to go grab Sean. Meanwhile, Yousif sees me and hides in an office. Sean tells me that the dealership that wrote my service contract had to cancel it - something that could have been relayed months earlier - my purchase was in August and this just happened in November. Long story short, I was hesitant to buy a vehicle from Suburban dealerships due to 2 interactions that I had with other locations, and this experience ensures that I will NEVER buy another vehicle from any Suburban dealership again. I bought a $60,000 car and every interaction that I have had with this dealer prior and after has been regrettable. More

Yousif has been my salesperson for my last three vehicles. My last purchased required some extra coordination since I have become physically challenged. It took one call to Yousif who grabbed the reins and perfectly executed my purchase, I did not have to go into the dealership to obtain my new vehicle. Yousif totally understood my needs and delivered my new vehicle to my home and then proceeded to fully explain the operation of my my vehicle to me and then went out of his way to make sure I understood and was comfortable with my vehicle. I will continue to use Yousif for any future purchases and would recommend Yousif to others. Absolutely GREAT JOB Yousif !!!!! More
