Over the Top Service at this Dealership I walked into the dealership and was greeting by a very friendly receptionist who directed me to buy a Jeep from Scott Shawbitz. I had never been to t I walked into the dealership and was greeting by a very friendly receptionist who directed me to buy a Jeep from Scott Shawbitz. I had never been to this dealership before but noticed instantly that their service was impeccable. Scott immediately found the exact vehicle I wanted in stock and proceeded to help make the sale go as smoothly as possible. This was the fastest dealership I have ever purchased a car from in regards to waiting for approvals and doing paperwork. Scott took time with me to show me the vehicles features from top to bottom. I would highly recommend him at the Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Farmington Hills and will be back to see him to purchase my next vehicle. Third vehicle at Suburban Loren provided outstanding service throughout. He was apologetic for the delay in finance, only to find out that the problem was on their end due to a Loren provided outstanding service throughout. They honored the price they quoted us despite the fact that the price should have been higher than what had been quoted. This is our third vehicle and we will continue coming back to Suburban. Most fun I’ve had buying a new car!! Thanks Scott Shawbitz! I have not bought a “new” car in 20 years; though I’ve bought pre owned several times. After moving to Michigan from TX 8 months ago I was apprehensiv I have not bought a “new” car in 20 years; though I’ve bought pre owned several times. After moving to Michigan from TX 8 months ago I was apprehensive about trading my VW In but Scott Shawbitz made me feel right at home. He listened to my wants and needs then we looked at a couple of options; buying & leasing. I settled on a lease and I couldn’t be happier!
