Terrible experience. I was transferred between 3 different salespersons, and ultimately Jay, the sales manager during my week long process to simply buy a car. When I went to pick up the vehicle, a check engine light was on. I immediately called the most recent salesperson that I dealt with, wo said to call the orignal sales person back. I subsequently responded to their text after I took delivery, and never got a call back. Finally, they never transferred title, so now I have an unlicensed vehicle. Terrible, unprofessional dealership. More

Would not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from this place as the used vehicle I purchased needs a 1000$ repair job not even 1 week and 70 miles later and they won't do anything to make it right. We purchased a used truck and a very expensive extended warranty. We drove it fewer than 300 miles and took it in for a problem that should be covered by the warranty, They had the truck for over a month warranty. My husband then got the run around from the service and 2 conflicting reports. One that they had started the work and another to say they just started the work. They now are saying to get to the problem they would destroy a part and we would have to pay for that part. Very disappointed as the part they say we have to pay for will cost more that the warranty we bought. I will be pursuing this further as the whole repair should be covered. More

Bought a used vehicle from there, within days (next time it rained) discovered it had a leaking windshield. Contacted sales department, told me it’s as/is no help provided. They couldn’t fix it or provide any type of timeline on when a 3rd party could provide a quote or complete the work. Took it elsewhere and it was fixed in under 10 minutes. Left multiple messages before hearing from a manager (who was unhelpful). Left multiple messages before hearing an update from the service department. This was an inexpensive and very easy fix. A perfect opportunity to provide any basic level of customer service and nothing. Do not buy here! More
