Excellent Service Experience I recently brought my Ford Bronco in for a recall update, and I want to thank the amazing team who took care of me. The update process itself was taking quite a while, but Mike went above and beyond by providing me with a brand-new car to drive, so I wouldn’t have to wait around without transportation. That level of care and consideration meant a lot to me. Derek and Ethan were also extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. They made sure everything was handled smoothly and kept me informed. All three of them provided excellent customer service and made what could have been a frustrating situation much easier. I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and had a consistently unprofessional experience. I was informed that I could not view the vehicle in person until a safety inspection was dealership and had a consistently unprofessional experience. I was informed that I could not view the vehicle in person until a safety inspection was completed. I offered to place a deposit to hold the vehicle, but was told this was unnecessary. Over the course of this process, I spoke with four different sales representatives as well as the sales manager. I received multiple calls attempting to schedule a visit, followed by conflicting statements that I could not come in until the dealership was “ready.” On more than one occasion, representatives attempted to re-schedule conversations without realizing they had already spoken with me previously. Despite clearly stating that I was specifically seeking a full-size SUV (a Chevrolet Suburban), the sales manager repeatedly sent listings for subcompact and midsize SUVs, which did not align with my stated requirements. The lack of coordination, inconsistent communication, and failure to respect clearly defined criteria demonstrate poor internal organization and customer handling. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership and do not believe they meet the standards expected of a Better Business Bureau member. More
