RUN! This by far was the worst process in trying to purchase a car for cash. No communication between sales and the person with the final say. No response from management. No online phone numbers are answered. Wired purchase price was returned by a check with a 7-day hold. No explanation as to why it could not be wired back, the same way it was received. Proof of insurance, on a cash deal, was not acceptable per their company guidelines. Remember, we were paying 100% cash. Deal cancelled. More
