Suburban Ford is extremely easy to access for servicing my Ford Explorer. I was greeted professionally by Jailen Gills. He wrote up my service order explaining all that was recommended for my 15,000 mi my Ford Explorer. I was greeted professionally by Jailen Gills. I went to Suburban Ford of Waterford because of a vehicle they had on the lot that I really wanted, so talked to Ed and he advised me that it not yet ready for showing, a couple of days later he called me ba they had on the lot that I really wanted, so talked to Ed and he advised me that it not yet ready for showing, a couple of days later he called me back and said that I can come see it now. I went out there and took it for a drive and I liked it a lot but, I was informed that someone already put a deposit down on it, with that said I decided to look around for something else and I don’t really like the newer cars as much as this one, Ed informed me about a week and a half later that the car was available again so I put a deposit down on it and now it’s in my driveway, we we’re waiting on the title for this vehicle, that was the delay, anyways Suburban bought me out of my lease early and that helped me with my down payment, thanks again Suburban Ford of Waterford and a big thanks to Ed Rogin, my sales guy More
