This wasn't the friendliest experience. I was treated poorly and the communication was terrible. I let it be known that I was in a situation and needed to be in a vehicle by days end at 11a I was treated poorly and the communication was terrible. I let it be known that I was in a situation and needed to be in a vehicle by days end at 11am. The car wouldn't start. There was no follow up. Then I had to contact him before the end of the day at 5p (they close at 6p) and still wasn't given a good update on what needed to be done. I was like extracting teeth to get an update. This was a terrible experience and I was depending on Lou. I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted, now I just want to shop somewhere where I'll get better treatment. More

Lou was very easy to work with and very efficient. I walked in after noon, test drove a certified pre-owned vehicle with a great price, traded in my current vehicle and was back on the road by 4pm the I walked in after noon, test drove a certified pre-owned vehicle with a great price, traded in my current vehicle and was back on the road by 4pm the same day. This has to be the worse ford service department I’ve ever been to. I can’t even get a live person on the phone and they’ve had my car about 3x longer that they told me it would be.
