Zach took good care of me! Incredibly easy to work with and very understanding. Wouldn't want anyone else working with me for such a big life purchase. Thanks Zach! Kevin went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and ensure he was doing everything he could, including submitting the renewal for my tabs that I hadn't yet gotten around to... while it may be customary for the dealer, the extra question to ensure all my needs were met is much appreciated! If you need a new vehicle or just want to check out your options, I couldn't recommend Kevin more! More
Been calling all morning to talk to someone about the newly used van we bought. Have only had it for 2 weeks an the check engine light is already on, saying it's the thermostat. An the side door doesn't stay opened or it'll just keep opening and closing without fully closing. Beyond frustrating that this is already happening and even more infuriating that no one can seem to call us back! So glad I spent $14k+ on a car for it to have issues right off the lot!!! what a joke!!! More

False advertising the model of the vehicle , offering 1,000$ for a trade in worth $9,000 on Nada and Carfax. The vehicle I looked at was listed for $9,000 when I test drove it a tire was flat , Christmas 1,000$ for a trade in worth $9,000 on Nada and Carfax. The vehicle I looked at was listed for $9,000 when I test drove it a tire was flat , Christmas tree on the dash , turn signals didn't work , vehicle stalled the second I put it in drive. Brake caliper locked up on rear drivers side. Called prior to make an appointment at 2pm and I sat in the showroom for almost an hour before being helped by anyone. Only good side out of this ordeal was the salesman was very nice and understanding of why I was upset with the situation. More

I woke up at 7am, went to work, ate a cheese sandwich for lunch, went home, watched the QVC shopping channel, and ate my dinner alone. Chicken breast with no seasoning. In a way, I was like my dinner... no seasoning. I went to bed early and dreamt of better days. But I didn't know how to change my dull existence. I just figured I was doomed forever. Then, one day, everything changed. It was 3 pm and I was driving. I came upon my local Ford dealer and decided I'd stop in to check out their latest lease deals. I was driving 1996 Aerostar mini van and although it had a lot of space for my 6 cats, the gas mileage wasn't great and I was in the market for something new. I strolled into the doors of Suburban Ford and out of the corner of my eye, I spotted a man. But this was no ordinary man. He was sporting a fresh, crisp white button down shirt and had the swagger of P- Diddy in the late 90's. I figured he must be the guy who built the first Ford GT with his bare hands, so I looked around for a car salesman. But, to my total surprise, this real life deity approached me and introduced himself. "I'm Zach Lukenbill" he said, "and I make dreams come true." I was in awe. I knew right then and there that I was going to get the deal of a lifetime. He was the Kanye West of automotive professional, and I was about to be a Kardashian. Without even asking me what car I wanted, he took me over to a Ford Fusion. It's icy silver paint job was glimmering in the mid afternoon sun and as I peered through the windshield, my eyes fixed on the interior. It was at this moment that my life changed forever. Zach opened the door to the powerful chariot and the sheer shine of the leather seats blinded my virgin eyes. When I sat into the drivers seat, the soft and smooth cows hide enveloped my skin and I felt my soul leave my body. This was a vehicle crafted for a king. I didn't feel worthy to be in the presence of such craftsmanship. I glanced into the rear view mirror and somehow Zach was now in the backseat. He leaned in over my shoulder and whispered into my ear. "Push to start." My finger found the ignition button and the steel vessel let out a thunderous roar as the horses revved under the hood. Never once in my miserable existence had I come across such a car. I knew it had to be mine. But surely, it was too expensive. There was no way I could afford it. "Zach..." I said, "I don't think this is in my price range." Zach let out a mighty laugh. "Do you want to be a baller?" He asked. I looked down at the floor, embarrassed. "Zach... I don't think I'm a ba-" Before I could finish my sentence, he placed the keys to the Fusion in my hands, and cupped my hands together with his own. And while looking me dead in the eye, he assured me. "You, my friend. You ARE a baller." A single tear streamed down his face. "Go, my son." He said. "Be free." He gave me a thumbs up as I walked out the door, and into my car. This was first day of the rest of my life. A few weeks have passed since I brought home my 2019 Ford Fusion with leather interior and things have already changed for the better. I no longer spend my days wasting away. I am the life of the party. Everyone wants to be my friend. When I go out to the club, women hand me their phone numbers without me even asking. They see my car, and they just know. When a man is next to me at a traffic light and he looks over and sees my vanilla frosting bucket seats, he just breaks out into tears and slams his head into the steering wheel out of pure jealousy. My dinners are no longer tasteless. I now season my chicken with salt and pepper. And when I'm feeling a bit reckless, I even add paprika. I received a raise at my job, my favorite sports teams are winning, my skin looks more tan, and even my eyesight improved. I no longer need to wear glasses. I think it's safe to say that I went from a lonely nerd to a big daddy baller, and it was all because of Zach Lukenbill. More
