Extremely disappointed with our experience in attempting to purchase a used vehicle at this business and working with Jordan. We put a deposit down on the vehicle until an inspection was completed by the B to purchase a used vehicle at this business and working with Jordan. We put a deposit down on the vehicle until an inspection was completed by the BMW dealership. After inspection it was deemed the vehicle required $9,000 in repairs (inspection by Suburban Ford was subobtimal). When requesting our credit card be refunded the $500 deposit which we originally were told would not be an issue if problems were found on inspection, Jordan said we had to appear in person at the dealership to process the refund. This was not indicated at the time of the deposit. When my husband told him this was very inconvenient and would involve more than an hour of driving for us, Jordan's response was "Well, I just wasted 3 hours on you". Unprofessional. I would not recommend. More

I have worked with George for many years leasing a new Ford every 2 years. George has always been very helpful, listens to what I am interested in getting, and not bothering me with a lot of nonsense. I Ford every 2 years. I would recommend him to anyone looking to work with a sales person that is not pushy or tries to well you something you don;t want or can't afford. This time I had to get out of my lease early as I can't no longer drive due to the inability to walk. George assisted me in every way possible as I am in a rehab center and the car is at home. As I have a lot of things to handle right now I really appreciate George's assistance. I will miss working with him. Some one is getting a great Edge with less than 4000 miles on it, enjoy.
