After receiving a notice letting me know that the parts were in for a safety recall on my wife's vehicle I scheduled a appointment online. When I pulled into the service center there must have been five em were in for a safety recall on my wife's vehicle I scheduled a appointment online. When I pulled into the service center there must have been five employees sitting at decks. The last one acknowledged me and took my info. He then took me into another room where someone else was going to help me. This person told that the parts were on back order. I asked why they didn't tell me this when I scheduled the appointment. His response was "you scheduled your appointment online and we don't see that". Why couldn't the first person tell me that. I received two texts and two emails reminding of appointment. One let me know of Kiosk's for self check in. So now it takes two employees or a computer to check you in and no one looks at incoming orders. More
