I called in to inquire about a used vehicle they had on the lot. I wanted to verify what equipment was on it, and nobody, from the internet sales team, to a salesperson, to the general manger, would give m the lot. This was on a day I was ready to drive in and possibly make a deal. Here I am, 3 days later, and STILL NO ONE HAS GOTTEN BACK TO ME! Horrible. This is by far the worst dealership experience I have with the staff there. The only exception is Jose was the only person who shows that he really cares and want to help and was professional with his go with the staff there.
