After 16 years of being in the Toyota family I decided to take a look at purchasing a Mazda CX-5. I must admit I was more than a bit nervous as I entered the dealership. Having done months of research and take a look at purchasing a Mazda CX-5. I must admit I was more than a bit nervous as I entered the dealership. Having done months of research and entering with lots of questions to be answered, I was impressed that Rob, Jason, and Stephan were able to put an end to my reservations by thoughtfully and skillfully addressing all of my questions and concerns and assisting me with my purchase. Stephan, my sales person, was kind, patient, and not pushy at all. I was never rushed, and no question was too small or too big for him. The management team of Rob and Jason was simply amazing. They have deep knowledge of the vehicles and excellent communication and problem solving skills. They ensured the process was seamless. Rob, in particular went out of his way and I can tell goes above and beyond for all his customers and tries to help them as much as possible ensuring a positive experience and a satisfied, happy customer. This dealership and it’s staff gave me FIVE STAR service! The process was stress free and attention was given to every detail. I highly recommend going to Suburban for used or new vehicles. More

I've had one of the smoothest shopping and buying experiences at this dealership. Alex and Shaun were extremely throughal and straight to the point without any guesswork throughout the whole purchase experiences at this dealership.
