Outstanding experience! I drove over three hours to look at a vehicle that was posted online. A guy from customer service ( I didn’t catch his name ) set me up with Michael I drove over three hours to look at a vehicle that was posted online. A guy from customer service ( I didn’t catch his name ) set me up with Michael Joh for a time to meet and both were great communicators and very professional. Michael (MJ) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, gave me a lot of space to inspect the vehicle, and was very helpful during the test drive. They ended up reviewing my vehicle as a trade in, and relatively quickly MJ and I were able to come to a reasonable deal. MJ then worked with Zach Lukenbill on the financing, and they worked through a bunch of uncommon and creative steps with my financial institution to get the job done. I really appreciate MJ and Zach working seamlessly and thoughtfully to make the sale happen. Their extra effort was the crowning touch to an early and a long day, which ended with a text message checking to see if I got home OK. Outstanding professionals. Outstanding people! More
