Zach found the best financing deal, explained my options for additional services - no pressure sales - just here is what Toyota has to offer and this is what I recommend and why. Don was very knowledgeable and explained all of the new gadgets on my 2019 RAV 4. He stayed late and made a second appointment with me after I had a chance to drive the car for a bit, gave me his cell phone and said I could call with any questions. Not something I have ever experienced at a dealership before - usually once the paperwork is signed they are done with you until you need another vehicle. Yes, I did buy a vehicle that is pricey but I felt like this was a normal day for all three of them - doing what they do every day with smiles, jokes and extensive knowledge of the products they sell. I would like to think I would have been treated the same if I had bought any other vehicle they had for sale.
