It was my first experience getting the 5, for Mikey and his very patient help on January 8, 2024 at Suburban Toyota in Farmington Hills, MI !! It was my first experience getting the 5,000 mile maintenance service for our new 2023 Toyota Corolla Hybrid. As part of my service questions, I asked if someone could help me with setting up the computer. The service staff assured me the sales staff would be better able to help me with this. The first sales person I approached was not a bit helpful. He directed me to go back to the service department and pointed to the very person who had sent me to sales. After several questions, he turned to 2 other sales staff and asked if they could help. One of them was Mikey who readily offered to help me. He was very attentive in listening to my questions and understood my frustrations in trying to do this myself. He was very kind and very patient. He also gave me his business card and said, if needed, I could call him again. I hope this review will let you know what a valuable employee Mikey Zoellener is!!!
