My only critical feedback was the during the finance documentation process which could have used better soft skills (less pushy) and more clear about key financing details (APR, lender and time).Overall, it has been a very professional and enjoyable experience and we're happy to have another Toyota in the family. When I bought a 2019 Toyota Corolla from Suburban Toyota in Farmington Hills, I never expected to be treated so poorly. They lied about price, interest rates on financing, and what they would do about only in Farmington Hills, I never expected to be treated so poorly. They lied about price, interest rates on financing, and what they would do about only having one key for the vehicle. The salesman will not return my calls and the service department just tells me I have to make arrangements to get the second key from the salesman. I would never recommend this dealership. More

This was an amazing Car Buying Experience achieving a deal I didn't know was possible. Aiyad was so helpful from the start and eventually found the car I wanted at another dealer.
