This is my second time working with the Suburban Collection and my first time at the Farmington Hills location. Spoiler alert! I loved it! The staff were cordial, the facility was clean, and Michael Collection and my first time at the Farmington Hills location. Spoiler alert! I loved it! The staff were cordial, the facility was clean, and Michael Joh helped me accomplish as much in advance to make it a smooth process on the lot. What I appreciated most about MJ was his frequent communication and honesty when he made an error on cars available. He didn’t pressure us and was upfront every step of the way.
