I sales person and finance managers are very friendly and nice to interact with. One area to improve is to be knowledgable about the vehicle features and explain them to the customer before selling it to the nice to interact with. In my case the sales person was not knowledgable about the 4 runner I was buying and promised to bring someone who has more expertise but it never happened. I am sure it will come with experience. We had a great experience buying our new Toyota Camry at Suburban Toyota Farmington Hills. This is a very nice place with super friendly people. Our salesperson was Robert Guthrie. This guy really goes above and beyond for his clients! Absolutely “no pushing”, Robert listened to us very carefully, answered our questions, explained the difference between cars and models. At first we were looking for a used car, but Robert took us through the inventory and we found our perfect car - Toyota Camry 2022. The car was not yet in the parking lot, so we had to wait for it to be delivered from the factory. Thanks to calls from Robert we didn't worry when the car is going to be delivered. He went through the entire buying process very smoothly and without any problems. The owner is very happy with her new car. Thank you Robert! More
