HONESTY I called to come kin for an oil change. Lisa told me I could come in right away. I did. Lisa suggested that typically a front end alignment is neede I called to come kin for an oil change. When I told her it had just been done a few months earlier, she suggested we wait to see what the tec says.. I agreed. I half expected that I would be told it was needed. After all, how would I ever know the difference? When Lisa came to get me in the waiting area, she told me all I needed was the oil change! What a pleasant surprise! To make the experience even better, the cost of the full synthetic oil change was $20 less than at a nearby national oil change location. It was also completed within the time frame Lisa gave me. No one answers the phone, even though they are open & it is mid day. The 2 On Line helpers who responded by text messaging were no help at all. This dealership had good service when it was owned by Serra, but now it is awful. I live only a couple miles from Suburban, but now it I'll have to go elsewhere. This dealership only cares about selling new cars, and has no interest in auto service or customer service. More
