After visiting no fewer than 7 dealerships and dealing with about that many more via phone and email, I can honestly say this place was the best....by a long shot. In particular, Lazer and Logen were outstanding. Lazer is friendly, outgoing, and very patient. We never felt any pressure from him and that was a huge relief. He makes buying easy, which is very hard to do. Logen is easy to speak with, and made my family feel at ease as he worked quickly to find the best financing for our needs. Both gentlemen also took our calls or responded to us immediately with questions that arose post-purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and both Lazer and Logen to anyone. This will be our first and last stop next time around. More

I was very pleasantly surprised to be greeted with my salesman JC. He was not only professional, straight forward, and disciplined; But he was also honest, personable, and friendly. These things make it quick to know you are fostering a great purchase and ensure confidence that your are doing so with a salesperson that is facilitating an honest environment. I do not plan on a buying a vehicle in the next few years but that is due to the diligent sales force of this team and my trust in the product I have purchased from them. I would also like to give Mike and Alisha a warm thank you. Mike was excellent with getting straight to the chase - he saw I had no desire to talk premium pricing when I obviously did not. I respect that a lot as a costumer and think it shows a lot of wherewithal and integrity from any sales team. Alisha was excellent with my call while I was at my own job keeping it straight and simple. Overall I cannot give any complaint and only give praise. More

He was not pushy and spent time learning what your needs were. He also shared many interesting and personable stories about himself that made him surely most approachable and trustworthy. When I personally am in search of replacing a vehicle my first step is to casually interview personnel within the service and parts department to discover who they would trust to lead them through the process of purchasing a vehicle obtaining the best possible decision with no sales pressure. The answer from all of those I spoke to was Dennis Barrera. So our journey started and was successfully completed twice with his assistance. His courteous professionalism with a twist of humorous conversation was the icing on the cake. Thanks Dennis. When we are ready to replace our Toyota Hybrid we know who to call! More

Never thought we could get a car we could afford. My parents suggested going to Suburban Toyota because they had a great experience and bought 2 vehicles from them. We knew our credit was not the best, but went any way. Much to our surprise Andrea our sales person was amazing and professional . She took all our info and said first we will get you approved before we look at any cars. Next day she said we were approved and had a Jeep Patriot she was getting from another site. To out amazement Mike in the finance department actually got us a payment we could afford. The Jeep and payment are perfect. More

Great and Painless Experience! I have been leasing cars from Suburban Toyota in Troy since at least 2001! I can't imagine going anywhere else as the customer service and professiona I have been leasing cars from Suburban Toyota in Troy since at least 2001! I can't imagine going anywhere else as the customer service and professionalism is excellent. I was very happy to work with Lazer Voltaj this year to turn in my existing car and lease a new Toyota Corolla. He reached out to me initially by telephone as my current lease was coming due and when I went to the dealership the process was quick and easy!! It took me about 5 minutes to find the right car, Lazer and Scott worked out the best deal for me, and working with Lazer made the whole experience enjoyable. He is knowledgeable and friendly, took the time to go over all the details of the lease agreement and functions of the car and even considering I had a remote starter installed, I was out the door with my new car in record time! Thanks again to Lazer, Scott and Logen! More
