I was at a nearby to me, Ann Arbor dealership getting pressured into buying a 2015 Toyota Corolla LE at a price that was $1,000 over the KBB fair purchase value with the dealer breathing down my neck telling me the price was going up if we didn't commit that day. Immediately, I felt swindled, so I picked up the phone and called Suburban Toyota of Troy. We worked with the Used Car Manager, Scott, as well as Finance Manager, Logan, and salesperson Connor. They were each phenomenal for a variety of reasons. First, Scott listened to my plight of pressured sales at this other dealer and reserved the Corolla we wanted to look at - having it immediately ready for a test drive upon our arrival. Second, Connor greeted us, addressed all of our concerns, and did not assume that even after driving an hour to get there that we were 100% going to by the car. He took the time to listen before asking "Would you like to move forward with this?" Lastly, Logan was very helpful in reviewing our finance options. We were in and out within 2.5 hours from start to finish, which included a test drive, credit check, and setting up our insurance. Our next vehicle will absolutely be from Suburban Toyota of Troy! She was very helpful and even assisted us in adding the predator bars to the Tacoma we liked. The inferno color Toyota Tacoma was amazing she let us drive it around. Andrea allowed us take our time looking at the truck without being intrusive. Andrea was focused on making sure we got what we needed at a very reasonable price. We traded in our current car at the time and the rest was history. Logen the financial specialist was super informative and helped us pick a care package for the vehicle without trying to up sell; he welcomed us to the Tacoma club after we were done signing!
