This will be my first time giving a 5 star across the board! I usually take surveys with the thought that nothing is perfect. I still feel that way; however I can honestly give a perfect score for this survey. Darren is the Internet Sales Consultant; most of our communication was done over e-mail, clear and to the point. He matched the price of another locale dealer, ordered the exact vehicle I wanted, kept me regularly updated on the status of the vehicle and made the pick up as efficient as he could. I literally signed and drove. I blinked and all my items from the other car were in the new one. The whole experience went nice and smooth. More

I had set objectives walking into the dealership and Scott was pragmatic and worked with my fiancé and I perfect fit for my car (leasing) experience. Nothing but a great experience purchasing a Bug Convertible at Suburban VW of Troy. Scott Brown was most helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns as was the staff including Christina Convertible at Suburban VW of Troy. It's a great car to drive and is certainly fun with it being a "ragtop!" Just yesterday when stopped at a traffic light, it was highly complimented by the driver in the next lane! When my girlfriend and I recently visited Suburban VW of Troy we were treated with nothing but class from Christina Tomasino and her entire staff. Not only was everyone we dealt with friendly but they were Troy we were treated with nothing but class from Christina Tomasino and her entire staff. Not only was everyone we dealt with friendly but they were knowledgeable, as well. Christina, in particular, made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. At no point did we feel like she didn't have our best interest in mind. We were able to test drive a few different models and came away impressed with the VW lineup in general. Needless to say we walked out of the dealership that day with a brand new Jetta SE and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Suburban VW of Troy for such an awesome experience! More
