Well, I called to get my Escolade serviced. Cadillac was too busy, so they took it to the GMC division. I needed a tire sensor rotation and anti-lock brake service. After two days, I was told t Cadillac was too busy, so they took it to the GMC division. I needed a tire sensor rotation and anti-lock brake service. After two days, I was told the tires are 8 years old . After 3 days, I was told they would not change the sensors, and the anti-lock brake light would not come on. Ok, they said I need a new stabilizer bar, which I approved. In addition, they wouldn't even rotate the tires; they gave me a quote of 1900-plus for new tires. Nothing was done; 500 dollars later, I had a new Stabilizer bar. next day took the auto to Firestone they put new sensors in and rotated the tires !!!!!! More
