This is the third vehicle of which I purchased at the Sullivan GMC/Buick family of dealerships in Ocala, Florida. I couldn't be happier with the level of service I've received; from the initial sales, to the more than fair financing options they continue to offer me. I'm so grateful. Recently I needed to take care of a little scheduled maintenance on one of my vehicles and I left the dealership feeling as if I was literally family to the help and attention I received in the service department. eg, That's one of the most important variables to me as a consumer, whereas it gives me reason to stick with a family of providers for my automotive needs for many years to come. Personally, I've spent over four decades in the auto industry and I'm so pleased to be receiving the level of service that I've always believed in and that I've always strived to give to my own customers. A customer for life mentality is how I might put it. Thank you to the entire Sullivan staff. PS: Brittany and Alex in the service department are certainly a cut above.
