She demonstrated strong knowledge of the Ridgeline’s many strengths and features, while also honestly acknowledging some of the shortcomings I noticed. That balance of expertise and transparency really helped us feel confident and informed as we considered this major purchase. When it came time to discuss financials, Veronica was honest, straightforward, and worked with us to reach a mutually agreeable deal. In the final stages, she was communicative, efficient, and clear in coordinating pickup, the trade-in, and the completion of the purchase. While we had been considering this purchase for about a month, we felt comfortable finalizing everything at Sullivan Honda in less than 24 hours—and that is largely due to Veronica’s excellent salesmanship.
