I used True Car to initiate my contact with Sullivan, even though I’d plan to go there for a quote as I’ve heard many friends have had good experiences. He was a good listener, focused and friendly. (The best attributes for a good sales person). when I returned to the showroom he asked pertinent questions so that he could present a price and trade in allowance. It was a bit above my $ limit and he consulted with his manager to meet my price so I could move forward in securing the car. I picked it up the next day and Dave reviewed all required paperwork in detail then spent nearly an hour in the vehicle with me instructing me on all the electronics. As a sales trainer I know that people retain approximately 20% of what is being said, and I recognized that Dave knew that too. I was confident when I drove home but will accept his offer to return to the dealership in a few days to review some electronic details. I will recommend Dave Poalino and Sullivan Honda to anyone I know! Excellent experience! More
