We set up an appt with Robert and drove from New York to see the Encore. After meeting with Robert we test drove the vehicle and traded in our 2019 Equinox for the 2022 Encore. The process was flawless. The price for the trade and purchase was very fair. We were very pleased as we drove the new vehicle home the following Weekend.
