Had a very good experience. Only downfall was after paperwork was completed it took longer than anticipated to actually get the car and be on my way. Michael was very courteous when looking at and dealing on a car. He followed through on all the needed issues to be completed prior to pickup. What was a bit disappointing was he had said he’d go over the ca a car. He followed through on all the needed issues to be completed prior to pickup. What was a bit disappointing was he had said he’d go over the car upon pickup, which was not done, as he seemed to be rushed!
