Well where do I begin?? When I first arrived at Holiday I was greeted and my truck was brought right over to me. Then as we were working out details of the vehicle and my trade I was treated in a very well was greeted and my truck was brought right over to me. I was offered soda, we went through carfax, even went as far as to call the previous owner on some questions/concerns I had with the truck. I arrived a few days later, greeted politely, and all the concerns I had with the vehicle (changing oil filter and alignment) were done. The truck had been brought out with a fresh car wash and full tank of fuel. They even went the extra mile to fix the fog lamps, do touch ups, and resurface rotors. Chris was also nice enough to remove my old plates and receiver from my old truck and put on the new one. After I had left that afternoon Chris had informed me that I had left my gym bag in the bed of my old truck and told me we would drive up by me to deliver it on his lunch break. If that doesn't scream quality service I don't know what else does. To top it all off today (two weeks after purchase...keeping in mind vehicle sold as is) I took my truck out and it said that the fuel filter was at 0% life I called Chris after talking to his manager he said "don't worry we'll take care of it!" WOW all I can say is I am impressed! OVERALL I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP HERE! I will be looking at this lot again for future purchases! Customer service, price, and quality go along ways when your buying a vehicle and these folks here NAILED IT! Thanks to everyone I dealt with through my buying experience! More

My husband and I just stopped to look what was on the lot. We were in the market for a newer used Ram pick-up; we drove home in our slightly used 2012 Ram. He helped us and spoke with us found out what we needed; but was not in our faces. Which is very refreshing now a days, matter a fact the high pressure sales is a turn off. Brock took care of finding the best financing for us, he seemed to work for us and not for just the dealership which is also refreshing. Brock answered my husband's questions and was not high pressure to offer us something we did not need; again how refreshing. Overall, this whole experience was Fantastic! We left with now buyers remorse. We would definitely recommend them to family & friends, and return there ourselves. More

This dealership is amazing! We are from Illinois and they helped us over the phone. We found the truck online and called and spoke with Parker. He told us all about the truck, and boy was he awesome!
