Jeff asked the right questions and listened carefully to help assess my car needs and wants. Unlike other dealers who just asked what car I was interested in purchasing, Jeff instead asked what was most important to me in a vehicle, be it safety ratings and features, gas mileage, infotainment systems, etc. I appreciate that they don't use high-pressure, same-day sales tactics about the price or car availability. After the test drive, I still was undecided, however, Jeff asked a few more questions, thanked me for visiting, and let me know when the sale/incentives on that vehicle would end. He also let me know that he would check other dealerships in the area to locate that model/trim I wanted if they did not have it in stock. When I returned to purchase the vehicle, they gave me the best price on the car! Jeff explained all the paperwork and Andrew took care of the administrative matters quickly and smoothly. Leasing a new car I started with Frank who worked hard to find me the car and deal that would work with my budget and did get it all worked out to my benefit. I agreed to come back to pick up the car but it was going to be after Frank left for the day so Stephen agreed to assist me when I came back.
