He worked hard for our business, unlike another dealership we were at earlier in the day, where the salesperson didn't seem to care whether we bought anything or not. Went to the dealership to look at a used Kia Niro from their website. Called on the way there to confirm it was still on the lot. When we arrived, were told it had "just been sold". Pretty coincidental seeing as it had sat on their lot for a couple months at that point. Smelled like a bait-and-switch, but seeing as we were there we stayed to look at other inventory. However, the rest of the experience was awful. The entire exhausting transaction took about 5 hours. This dealership tries to play a shell game with the price by adding their "Sun Protection Package" to every vehicle, then pretending they're giving you a deal by taking the cost of it off your deal. Just don't be confused by the flim-flam and keep focused on the total number vs the actual invoice cost of the vehicle. In the end we got an "okay" deal. Our vehicle was used and had a cracked taillight, which we tried to negotiate fixing but they refused, and we were too tired to argue at that point over something it cost me $120 to do myself. If we hadn't been so exhausted you can bet I would have insisted. TL;DR: avoid this dealership unless you're confident that you can put up with their shenanigans and don't get easily confused by numbers. More
