My husband and I drove from Bradenton to look at a pre-owned 4-Runner, and we left with a brand new one! My first new vehicle!!! When we arrived, we walked the lot a bit before Mark, our salesperson pre-owned 4-Runner, and we left with a brand new one! My first new vehicle!!! When we arrived, we walked the lot a bit before Mark, our salesperson, greeted us. He was AWESOME. Mark was polite and down-to-earth; he never applied any pressure. Not only did Mark work with us, but he worked for us! We were dealing with negative equity in our trade, and the finance person explained to us what we already knew, and did so without insult. David Gonzalez, who assisted us with all of the finance paperwork was great, too. David was patient, and jovial. Towards the end of our deal, my husband asked Mark to put a big, red bow on the 4-Runner, since it was my first brand new vehicle, and when the truck was fueled and detailed, it was presented to us with a big red bow! All in all, Sun Toyota gave us a great deal on a new 4-Runner, and everyone we interacted with was courteous and professional. More
