This is the 5th car purchased from Sun Toyota. Jason Bullock greeted me as I entered the dealership. I came in with the Car I wanted in my head. I did not want any upgrades or frills. I was ready to go to Clearwater Toyota because they had the van I wanted at my priceline! Since it was close to the end of the year, Jason said wait a minute and let me see if one is coming in soon. He came over with the Sienna I wanted but it had a few upgrades I didn't want so I was not going to pay for them. I thanked him again and said I was going to go to Clearwater Toyota because they had my van without the upgrades. To make a long story short, Jason and SunToyota worked with me. I purchased the van, that night, without seeing it in person or test driving it. It was at the port in Jacksonville. It would arrive in 8 days or less. On New Year's Eve, Jason sent me a photo of my van ready for pick up. When I picked it up on New Year's day it had a BIG RED BOW on the hood. I made a comment about how none of my new cars ever came with a bow. He remembered and it was on when I saw the van for the first time. The bow was a small detail but it meant a lot during this crazy pandemic. He has texted a few times since delivery to make sure everything was OK. I love my 2021 Sienna. I traded in a 2011 Sienna for this one. Jason Bullock is an asset to the Sun Toyota family. I would definitely purchase my next car from him. It is going to have to wait quite a few years since we also drive a 2020 Camry purchased from Sun. More
