That’s because I’ve had salesman take advantage of me more than once! Just like most of the population out there. So I go in ready to do battle. Nael didn’t do that, he was straightforward right from the start. And because of his honesty from the beginning I have returned to personally buy a total of 3 automobiles and my son has bought 1. Eddie Chaviz has sold me & my family 2 of the 4. Eddie listens to your needs and is patient, showing you everything, he even lines up the vehicles side by side so you can actually compare them! These guys don’t push the expensive vehicles on you, they show you what your asking for, what you need. The day I bought my new 2020 Tacoma, Eddie pulled out at least 6 vehicles before I chose the Tacoma! Lining them up side by side, showing me the difference between them (Options and ect.). Making sure that I felt good about my decision, no pressure either. That’s rare for a dealership! In my lifetime I’ve bought probably at least 25 vehicles: trucks, suv’s, minivans, luxury cars, sport cars, almost EVERYTHING , so I feel very confident in writing this. Because of these two guys, not the Toyota brand, because I pretty much like all brands, I’m now ‘Team Sun Toyota!’ Oh and by the way I do love my new Taco, just like they said I would.....😊👍 More

Jason Bullock is new but definitely a guy I would buy all my cars from. My only complaint is the finance guy is a bit full of himself and makes you feel like I, the customer, is being ridiculous for how I w my cars from. Marcel is a paper pusher and doesn’t give a crap about anyone. He evens spoke badly of the sales team trying to help me get to where I need to be. I won’t fault the entire business for one bad apple. Everyone was so good to me the whole time. Willy is the best. That guy could sell me tap water. Good dude! More

I started my inquire online looking at an Acura and Pat Chaban contactes me after the dealership open and immediately was very courteous informative. I told him exactly what I was trying to accomplish and that I was at work for the remaining of the week and he understood and was very respectful of my time and wanted to get everything that could be done over the phone done so me and my wife could have a quick visit to dealership. Long story short we didn’t like the Acura and asked Oat about other vehicles they had in stock and he immediately without any problems provided the requested information and then was able to make a fantastic deal on a brand new Camry that me and my wife weren’t even thinking about but Pat was fantastic and when we asked about the Camry he did everything he could to make the deal happen. Also, we worked with Omar Ghanem and just like Pat was fantastic and informative and willing to help us out and leave the dealership happy and with an awesome deal. Omar and Pat never pressured us and did nothing but be courteous of our time give us an amazing deal. Thank you guys so much and you have my business. More
