I will bring all future business of my family to him. Some people simply have good manners and work to make the customer have the best possible experience; Mr Arruza is that kind of person. Jeff Johnson as the manager who has the authority to finalize a purchase price, knows that people need to get value for the money that they spend. As a family who has bought FIVE vehicles within two and one half years from Sun Toyota, we KNOW that we ARE getting the pricing that we need, that's all there is to it. 10/10 I had a lot of options for new car options, but Sun Toyota was my first and last stop. The entire staff including the main salesman I worked with, Jos I had a lot of options for new car options, but Sun Toyota was my first and last stop. The entire staff including the main salesman I worked with, Jose, was incredibly helpful and put first time financing/leasing anxiety at ease. Jose was able to find an affordable option for me, to put me in the best and safest car in my price range all in a very short amount of time. In addition to that Jose made sure to go over every inch of the car inside and out, to make sure I left with no questions! Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the person I worked with in finance but he was also incredibly helpful and made the paperwork process very quick and easy, while still remaining thorough. To conclude, I will continue to come back to Toyota and reccomend the dealership to my friends and family. More
