I'm glad I did not buy into the extra expenses for services I was offered extra services to my 20,000 mile check. The gentleman did not push for me to purchase them. I have a 60,000 free warranty maintenance & I was offered extra services to my 20,000 mile check. The gentleman did not push for me to purchase them. I have a 60,000 free warranty maintenance & expect to get just that. He also offered me a car wash. I had to ask if it was free & it was. Another nail was found on one of my tires. This is the 2nd nail in less than 6 months. I am disturbed by it. The tire did not lose inflation at all but I was offered to buy a replacement for it which I declined. More

Good technical service unacceptably slow greeting as I drove My appointment for the 35K service was at 2:30. I arrived at 2:05. Finally at 2:30 a service rep came to my car to ask why I was there today with my My appointment for the 35K service was at 2:30. I arrived at 2:05. Finally at 2:30 a service rep came to my car to ask why I was there today with my car. I told him why and also stated how disappointed I have been during my last three visit with the slow reception/appearance by a service tech. He apologized, and I told him it was not his fault. I could not see any other visible service reps at their desks, not one.. Have you lost these reps and not replaced them? Due to the two previous slow interaction with a rep, I decided to go to Crystal River to get a replacement key made. The trip was flawless driving north until I got to the construction in Homosassa. I will not be going north again soon. I guess my next alternative will be Wesley Chapel or Clearwater. As fa as the service to my vehicle, the work has been done well the first time. I have nothing but praise for the technicians that have worked on my car. Everyone has been polite and never talked down to my as a single woman (something I have experienced other places). The initial service rep today was Tony and he was polite and concerned about the slow service. Again, bot his fault. There seems to be a huge lack of reps to greet the customers. In fact, the young kids are running around changing the tags on the side view mirrors to indicate order of arrival. in spite of the number system, After I sat in my car for 20 plus minutes, a truck pulled up aside of my car, and within minutes a service rep was in his car mounting a tag on his inside rearview mirror and then he drove off in this late arriving truck! That didn't sit well with me. So much for your number system hanging from side view mirrors! More

The car color didn't look right in the online pics and he jumped right on sending me some new pics. at my request.After a few emails and calls I decided to make the trip down and work out a good deal. Jay was running around like a mad man trying to make the deal happen and he did. Jay is super personable and helpful. Stayed with me through the whole process until I left late that night. Called the next morning to make sure I made it home on my 2-hour plus Drive okay. Wish they were closer so I could work with them for my maintenance on the car. Over all good experience. Would definitely recommend them. More
