Process took wat too long! Eddie and his manager were great getting us to the car we wanted to lease, but the process after that was grueling! Ok Car Buying Experience We got to the dealership and looked around. The salesman respected our request to look alone first. After a while we were approached by a salesman who was very rude. I am not sure who he was. We gave it another chance because I had an appointment with Jay who seemed very nice on the phone. He is the reason we stayed to look and purchase a car. While we were negotiating my trade in value came back laughable. Eventually they made it a little more reasonable. They were very tricky with the way they did their out the door price of the car. I was told what I’d be financing not what I’d actually be paying for the car which made it seem like a better deal than it was. It’s been a while since I purchased a car so maybe that’s how it’s done now. Luckily I figured this out before I signed all of the papers. Eddy did our financing and I must say he did a great job. He had so much patience. It took me a few hours to agree to everything and he went back and forth trying to fix what I thought was wrong. He never got frustrated with me even when I asked him to leave multiple times to discuss the numbers with my boyfriend. Randi ended up making the numbers right and after 7 long hours at the dealership we were done. Eddy you rock!!! More

They work hard for you I came in with intentions of buying a "used Tacoma " and left with a 2018 Tacoma . After driving a few of them and discussing the options , it was plain to see that Leasing a new one is the better option financially in the long run. My saleswoman was Amber Petite and she is above and beyond one of the best. I would recommend her to anyone and I promise you won't be disappointed . She even drove our other truck 100+ miles to our house because my wife can't drive at nite because we were there for a while . She's awesome ! I live in Gainesville but I drove to Tampa because of reviews like mine. We are going back in Sept. to buy my wife a new car , can't wait ! More
