Trust me, if this dealership wasn’t the cream of the crop I would not have been back 13 times. Managers Paul Ramirez and John Heisler were amazing. They pulled out all the stops to be able to get me the car I wanted and for a payment I could afford. They worked with me in every phase of the transaction. It is abundantly clear that the management staff at Sun Toyota values my loyalty to the brand and the dealership. Over the course of the next several weeks I will be back to the dealership for my 15th lease from Sun. I have every confidence that Paul and John will work with me again and I will leave then as pleased and satisfied as I am today. On a side note, since I have dealt with this dealership for so long, I want to give a shout out to the other members of the dealership that have made my positive experiences complete from the Service Advisors (Greg Gamble is the man), to the parts people to the skilled mechanics. There is no reason for me, and in my opinion anyone else to ever consider buying or leasing from any other dealership. More

My car was towed on Sunday! Turned my car off to fill up with gas and it would not start after I finish filling my tank.
