Great experience! I had by searching for 4 months for a used Honda Odyssey van. I had a max price, max mileage and preferable year range in mind. I found that at Sun I had by searching for 4 months for a used Honda Odyssey van. I had a max price, max mileage and preferable year range in mind. I found that at Sun Toyota. As soon as I saw the listing, I contacted them. My incredible salesman, Pat Sacca, texted me within 30 minutes. I quickly made an appointment that day (Monday) to see the vehicle. Pat knew my schedule was tight and I would only have 20 min (yikes!) to see the vehicle before I had to drive back to my area, 30 miles away. He had the van ready for me. It had just arrived, so it hadn't been detailed. But, Pat encouraged me to look beyond that and see all the features. It was exactly what I wanted. I told him I was VERY interested and would like to see it again after it had been detailed. Also, I told him to let me know ASAP if anyone else was interested. I had experience with vehicles such as this going quickly and missing out. I learned later that others were interested in the vehicle! Pat was in contact with me daily, updating me on the vehicles maintenance and parts recall completion. He even texted me on his day off! I went up Thursday to see it all detailed and take it for a test drive. I also brought my 2003 Odyssey van to trade in. Pat explained the process and chatted with me while all the behind the scenes (paperwork, etc.) was being created. Just as we were shaking hands on the deal, there was a change. My family member wanted to pay less. Pat's supervisor went back to his boss and talked it over. The price was reduced and we got the price the family member wanted. Whew! I drove home that day with my new van. Thank you Sun Toyota and Pat Sacca for the amazing customer service! We will be back! More
