ford f-150 sold by Megan Ash My husband and I were in there on Saturday march 25th looking at the ford f-150.We spoke to a sales associate that got the keys for us and we test dro My husband and I were in there on Saturday march 25th looking at the ford f-150.We spoke to a sales associate that got the keys for us and we test drove it. We fell in love with the truck. When we got back to the dealership we went inside with the sales associate and sat to talk price and trade. The person took our information went to do his thing came back and said that it would be about hard to find a bank that would finance a truck that was over 10 years old and that my payments would be about 500.00 a month. My husband and I looked at each other and said ok. We will just keep looking. We left that night and on way home we talked about the financing a 10 year old truck was a little fishy because I had two truck that were over 10 years old and both were financed with no problem. On wednesday evening we were sitting outside with our oldest son talking about how high the truck sat. Our son Luke did not believe us so my husband and him rode up to look an it . Another salesperson came to them and when my husband said to him about the truck beinging 10 years old that salesperson drove away. My husband and son returned home and told me what happen . My son Luke as just looking at the picture on his phone when a message from Megan Ash appeared. so they texted fro a little bit , then he gave Megan his number and she called him . They talked bout the truck and the issues that we had both times there. She check on some information and said yes ,we can finance the truck. Megan sent us a credit application that night , I filled it out and emailed it back to her the same night. My husband and I met with Megan Ash and a sales person named Jason (that helped her) the next night which was thursday march 30th to go over some more information . We were there until almost closing time waiting to hear about finance. Megan came to us and kept us inform about what was going on and told us that we would have to wait until friday march 31st until we hear from the banks since it was 8pm. Megan promised that she would call me the next morning when she heard if we were approved or not. Megan called me Friday morning around 10 am and told me that we got the truck, I started to cry tears of joy. When i got off the phone with her I called my husband right away and told him the good news. After we both finished work we headed to the dealership to pick up our brand new truck from Megan Ash. She worked with us through the whole deal from start to finish. She went above and beyond customer service to make sure that my husband and I were pleased with our truck and experience with your dealership. Jason also was very helpful throughout the whole deal . He made sure that we were happy and that Megan got the credit for the sale. Jason explained everything to us about the financing and what our payment maybe. Megan and Jason make a great team. My husband and I left there very happy customers . I just want to thank both Megan and Jason for a job well done. More
