Had an oil change and the oil life percentage indicator was never reset. Then when I picked up truck the battery was completely dead. The battery had never been an issue prior nor has it been an issue sinc was never reset. Then when I picked up truck the battery was completely dead. My Ford F-250 had some unusual electronic problems. The Service team at Sunrise did a lot of work evaluating the issue with Ford engineers. It took quite some time for them to troubleshoot and identify the problem, but I was pleased with how they kept at it and also kept me informed. I was very pleased with the dealership supplying me with transportation throughout the entire process. In the end they fixed the problem, and I couldn't be happier with my truck back. Went in for recalls & wiper problem. Had my vehicle 5 days. Wiper repair cost &1500.00, I really feel this should fall into a recall, as I have of this happening to others.
