I tried calling multiple times and no one was answering the phone. When I arrived at the service center I told Lasharde that I tried calling and no one answered. I couldn't test drive the vehicle because the battery was dead in the truck, Lauren in finance was snacking while she was working up my contract and was completely dismissive to my questions.
