They fulfilled the basic expectations of a car dealership, which I appreciated. However, there was one significant drawback. Despite purchasing a vehicle from a Ford dealership—where they have the capability to produce keys—I was not provided with a second key fob. While I understand the vehicle was sold “as-is,” a courtesy key would have added a thoughtful touch and shown a greater commitment to customer satisfaction. For the future, my feedback is that while Sunrise Ford met the basic expectations, they could elevate the customer experience by adding small, over-the-top gestures of courtesy and flair. These little details can make the process more memorable and stand out in a competitive market. More
