We're sorry that we somehow fell short of expectations here, but the diagnosis of your vehicle and removal of your alarm system were services rendered. The remainder of your alarm system was removed after the fuse was pulled. We offered you a $100 credit because it was your first visit to Sunset, not because we don't stand by our workmanship.
