Great service! Had my escape in for mechanical issues after my accident and they were very helpful and genuine. Gave me a rental car for a few weeks which I thought was very convenient it was all on site after my accident and they were very helpful and genuine. Like a lot of places these days, Sunset is short-staffed. While I was initially given the impression it would take up to four weeks for my son's truck to get looked at, it was actually serviced the next day. While I was initially given the impression it would take up to four weeks for my son's truck to get looked at, it was actually serviced the next day. Very grateful. Must add, though, being short-staffed, and I get it, the number of times a phone call to the service dept. was dropped was bordering on ridiculous. All in all, though, great service. Glad to have my son driving his truck again. More
