Unhappy about the fact that you have to go get your car after service. While looking for my car in the lot I was using my key fob to honk the horn to find it and trying to look to see where it was I trippe after service. While looking for my car in the lot I was using my key fob to honk the horn to find it and trying to look to see where it was I tripped over one of the concrete car stops and broke my toe and injured my kneecap. What happened to the days when they would bring your car to you. And you didn’t have to play hide and seek looking for. I have thought about looking for a different dealer who does this after doing service on your car. I’m happy with the work done on my car but also I’d have an appointment set and then someone from the rental department called and changed it so they would have a rental available for me but the service department wasn’t told about the chsnge. More
